Orders And Order Acceptance
After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not always mean that every item has been accepted or is available.
We may cancel or decline an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, unsuitable, restricted, affected by a payment issue, or where we reasonably believe the order cannot be fulfilled safely or lawfully. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange a refund.
Pricing And Availability
Prices are shown in euro and may change from time to time. Delivery charges, discounts and totals are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Availability is not guaranteed until the order is processed. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you where appropriate and arrange a refund or alternative outcome.
Delivery And Click & Collect
Delivery options and charges are shown during checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details supplied by you or events outside our reasonable control.
If you choose click and collect, please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to the pharmacy. You may be asked for order details, a collection code or identification when collecting an order.
Returns, Cancellations And Refunds
To request a return or cancellation, please contact contact@kearneyschemist.com with your order details.
Online customers may have a 14-day right to cancel many online purchases. This period generally starts from the day after you receive the goods. Some exceptions apply, including certain health, hygiene and safety products.
Where a return is accepted, items should be returned unused, complete, and in their original packaging where possible. You may be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.
Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. The time for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Hygiene And Health Product Return Restrictions
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened, unsealed or used, unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. This may include sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed.
If you are unsure whether a product can be returned, contact us before opening or using it.
Faulty, Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kearneyschemist.com. Please include your order number and, where helpful, photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable remedy.
Discount Codes And Gift Cards
Discount codes are subject to the terms shown with the code, including expiry dates, minimum spend, usage limits, eligible products and whether the code can be used more than once. A discount code may be withdrawn or refused if it is expired, misused or applied outside its terms.
Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards unless this is clearly stated. Gift cards are subject to any terms shown with the gift card at the time of purchase or issue.
